Parent & Grown-up Guide

Simple ways to help children enjoy Wilo World safely, actively and meaningfully.

Who Wilo World is for

Wilo World is created for young children and their families. Stories use colorful adventures and friendly characters to explore kindness, curiosity, creativity, teamwork, courage and healthy choices. A grown-up should decide whether each story or activity suits an individual child’s age and needs.

Watch and talk together

After an episode, invite the child to describe what happened, how a character felt and what choice they might make in the same situation. There is no single “perfect” answer—the goal is conversation, confidence and reflection.

Activities needing adult support

Crafts, experiments, health topics, outdoor activities and any activity involving tools, water, food, small pieces or physical movement should be supervised by an appropriate adult. Wilo World stories are educational entertainment and are not medical, safety or professional advice.

Video and external links

Selecting an episode or character-introduction video opens that exact video on the official Wilo World YouTube channel. Channel and subscription buttons open the Wilo World channel page. YouTube has its own content, advertising, privacy settings and terms. We recommend that a grown-up supervise video playback and external navigation.

Privacy and rewards

The website does not offer child accounts, public profiles, comments or direct messaging. Adventure stars and display preferences stay in the current browser unless the browser data is cleared. They are not public scores and are not designed to rank children.

Commercial content and wellbeing

This website does not currently include paid advertising, in-app purchases or sponsored recommendations. We encourage reasonable screen-time breaks, shared viewing and offline play. Read the full Kids Content & Safety standards.

Questions or concerns

A grown-up can report a privacy, safety, accessibility, copyright or content concern at wiloworlduniverse@gmail.com. Please identify the relevant page or video without sending unnecessary information about a child.

For grown-ups: If a child tries to share a name, email address, photograph, school, password, home address, location or other personal information, guide them not to submit or post it online.
