Privacy Policy

How Wilo World protects children and families while they explore our website.

Last updated: 23 September 2026

Our approach: Wilo World follows the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and is designed as a child-friendly website.

Information from children

Wilo World does not ask children to create accounts or provide their name, email address, photograph, home address, precise location, school, password or private messages. The website has no child chat, comments, uploads, public profiles or payment features.

Information saved on the device

The selected display theme and adventure-star total may be stored locally in the visitor’s browser. These choices are not public, are not used to identify a child and can be removed by clearing the browser’s site data.

Technical operation

Our hosting and security services may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time. The Watch section retrieves public Wilo World video information and thumbnail images so recent episodes can be displayed.

Advertising and profiling

Wilo World does not intentionally use children’s information for targeted advertising, behavioral profiling or sale to third parties. This website does not currently include third-party analytics or advertising code.

YouTube

Selecting a video opens the official Wilo World channel on YouTube. YouTube is a separate service governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. A parent or guardian should supervise younger children when they leave this website.

Parents and guardians

If we discover that personal information from a child has been received without appropriate parental permission, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may ask a privacy question or request access, correction or deletion by contacting wiloworlduniverse@gmail.com.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when the website or applicable requirements change. The latest revision date will appear on this page.
