1. Acceptance and adult responsibility
By accessing Wilo World, an adult visitor—or the parent or guardian permitting a child to use it—agrees to these Terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Children should use Wilo World with appropriate adult awareness and supervision, especially before following external links.
2. Educational entertainment only
Stories, characters, activities, printables and health or safety themes are general educational entertainment. They do not constitute medical, mental-health, veterinary, educational, legal, emergency or other professional advice and do not guarantee any learning, health or developmental result.
3. Permission to use the site
We grant visitors a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to access the site and use designated printables for non-commercial home or classroom activity. This permission does not transfer ownership or permit commercial exploitation.

All Wilo World content is owned by Wilo World and its respective rights holders. This includes the Wilo World brand name, logo, character names, character identities, character designs, artwork, stories, scripts, dialogue, catchphrases, music, songs, videos, thumbnails, maps, locations, world designs, animations, graphics, website text, downloadable materials and other original creative content.
No person, business, channel or organization may copy, reproduce, redraw, animate, adapt, rename, publish, upload, distribute, sell, license, merchandise, commercially exploit or create unauthorized derivative content from these materials without prior written consent from Wilo World. No permission is granted to use Wilo World names, characters, logos or other distinctive brand elements as a channel name, business identity, domain name, social-media identity, product, service or misleadingly similar property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Limited personal or classroom use applies only to activities that Wilo World clearly provides for printing. It does not permit republication, resale, branding, commercial use or removal of ownership notices.
5. Prohibited conduct
Visitors must not interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; bypass access controls; impersonate Wilo World; harvest data; misuse the video feed; infringe rights; use content unlawfully; or encourage a child to disclose personal information. Automated access that places unreasonable load on the service is prohibited.
6. Activities and supervision
An adult is responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate and safely supervising movement, outdoor play, food, allergies, water, tools, scissors, adhesives, experiments and small parts. Stop any activity that is unsuitable for the child or environment.
7. Third-party services
YouTube and other external services operate under their own terms, privacy practices, content rules, availability and regional restrictions. Wilo World does not control third-party accounts, advertisements, recommendations or unrelated content. A link does not imply endorsement of everything on the linked service.
8. Changes, availability and termination
We may correct, update, suspend, remove or reorganize content or features and may restrict misuse. We aim for reliable, accurate service but do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility, completeness or error-free operation. Material policy changes will be posted with an updated date and additional notice where required.
9. Disclaimers and limits
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated. Wilo World is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the site or third-party services. These Terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
10. Indemnity by adult or organization
To the extent permitted by law, an adult or organization using the site for commercial or institutional purposes agrees to be responsible for claims resulting from its unlawful misuse, infringement or violation of these Terms. This provision is not intended to impose liability on a child.
11. Unauthorized use and rights notices
Wilo World reserves the right to request removal of unauthorized copies, impersonating accounts, infringing products, misleadingly similar characters or names, and other unlawful uses; submit platform copyright or trademark complaints; and pursue any remedies available under applicable law. 12. Applicable law and severability
Applicable mandatory consumer and child-protection laws remain in force. Any dispute is governed by the laws and courts that legally apply to the website operator and visitor; these Terms do not override non-waivable local rights. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted.
